On October the 1^st Signal Lux Italia S.r.l. and Everel S.p.a. have been merged into Everel Group S.p.a.

 

The transfer of all Signal Lux Italia activities to the headquarters of Valeggio sul Mincio and the integration of Signal Lux Italia via its merger into Everel S.p.A. is aimed to obtain synergies from the commercial and industrial point of view.

 

In order to further simplify the Company structure, since October the 1^st Everel S.p.A. has been merged into Everel Group S.p.A.
