Everel Group S.p.A., after completing the financial reorganization process, has modified the company ownership and begins now its industrial relaunching.

 

Secondlife S.r.l., a company controlled by Mr. Enrico Zobele, has acquired the control of Everel.

 

Enrico Zobele, chairman of Zobele Group, a successful enterprise leader in its field with over 200 Millions Euro turnover and 8 production plants worldwide, is an industrial partner prepared to provide Everel and its team management directed by Andrea Caserta with its competence and experience.

 

The main targets of the Strategic Plan 2011–2013, already approved by the Board of Directors, are represented by a strong relaunching of the company and the sustainability and development in the following years through five guide lines:
